The following images presented left to right top to bottom were taken on a flight June 18, 2002.  Paula took the pictures.  They are here to assist anyone wishing to land at our strip.  Hopefully, they will give you a feel for the terrain and the strip.  There are 2 columns of pictures.
Our strip is to the right of the lake with the white building in the cleared area.  This image is from 1.5 miles to the east of our home.
This is the lake you see in the top left photo.  Our strip is due north in this image.

Welcome to Bald Knob Aerodrome and Spa!  After you are here, if you ask we will tell you the story about the name of our strip.  We recommend a long approach to set up for landing.  15/33 700' x 60'.  We are continually improving and enlarging the strip so don't be surprised if it is larger than this when you arrive.  We just had powerline markers installed at the north end of the strip.  These are approximately 800' past the north end of the strip.  June 23, 2002.
